I'm keeping a close eye on these items to see if they are overpowered or not. How am I going to determine if the weapon is overpowered? Who's using it in the season's top players of course. I must put a disclaimer as top players isn't necessarily the best players but the players with the most trophies. However I would still consider this an indicator of a weapon's performance because everyone in the top 500 use revoker and we all know that was definitely the best weapon in the game pre-NERF and maybe still is. I will note 2 things regarding this. First, revokers will still be much more prevalent as revoker changes were recent and burrow beam and blizzfrost were just recently released. I don't intend to look through all 500 players though if anyone is willing or could make a tool that checks the top 500 player's hangars that would be awesome.

Anyways as of posting this I'll start with the top 20 players. Of the top 20 players the number that have blizzfrost present in one of their hangar presets is 4. The number that have burrow beams is 4. With 2 players in the top 10 using blizzfrost, and 2 in the top 3 using burrow beam. There is 1 among the top 20 that uses blizzfrost in their top build. Another that uses burrow beam.

Notes: Like I said, these items are new and changes to the META were only recent. Everyone is still using mostly revokers in addition to a couple other weapons. The most prevalent of these other weapons seem to be storm rack, and gemini to a lesser degree, and still a smaller degree some assault weapons like quasher and reaver. Most prevalent 5 mechs seem to be Nomad, Eclipse, Surge, Hemlock and Deathwalker. Lacewing, Seeker and Blockhorn were also common. With a couple using Outlaw, Parasite and Dreadnaught. Oh and 17 of 20 of them have filthy SP cheating hangar presets and the mech of choice to squash noobs with are Nomad, Dreadnaught and Volti or just one of their under-level legendary mechs they're trying to level up because some SP cheaters think it's a courtesy to use their weakest mech that can destroy us to destroy us.
