These "SP Droppers" artificially lower their total Squad Power by equipping weak filler Mechs, allowing them to enter lower-tier brackets with a single maxed-out "God Mech." This creates an impossible environment for true beginners who lack the weapons to fight back, turning what should be a fair competition for A-Coins into a one-sided slaughter. Plarium needs to implement a matchmaking system based on a player's highest-owned gear rank rather than current active Squad Power to protect the new player experience and keep the competitive scene healthy.
