They are not sabotaging, they only care about PROFIT, terrible game, terrible company, too greedy, as per their own admission in their interview, you ask for something, they do the opposite. How many times have we complained about the initial pop ups?? Well, they have increased, in the face of the customer. How many times have we complained about the marketing? Nothing changes and nothing will change. They are interested in new weapons, new mechs, and you spend, that's what matters. Terrible game. Non-existent fun, and you continue to pay. Make them understand how rubbish this game is and things will change. This is a game that needs to change strategy, that is, those who are developing it... how many of us play 2 games and leave to go and vomit??, I believe and I'm sure many of you. The outrage over this game increases with every update. You pay to fight a greedy and manipulative AI that runs bots. I saw a bot armed with a 5-star purple weapon. The best of the best. Complain, they won't listen to you. In fact, they'll do the opposite. And you pay. You have to tell the story.

And if they followed what people are saying, they would get even more profit. More people would recommend this game and more people would spend. If the game was fair to begin with, I would consider spending some money. So they are sabotaging their chance to makeing more profit.

They create imbalances to feed from the paying players pockets. They've created themselves a horrible reputation that continues to grow faster every day. I haven't found anywhere on the internet saying anything good about this game. Their own official content creators don't even have anything good to say about the game. All these new features and novelties are nothing more than a wait and see failure. Wasted time and effort that could have been used to majorly improve the game.

The company has a lousy rep, from back when Floo was CM, she was saying the same thing as our bestest buddy (lol). They just want to get the new people addicted to the game....and then set the hook. It doesn't take long for any intelligent person to figure out what's actually going on. They want the whiny brats who beg for acoins (pathetic BTW). They see older players who have been around for 4 years , and they could give a shit about us. It's the little brats ( up through teenagers..even some really dumb adults who shill for them making the game sound awesome)...which, in another era, was a really good non complicated game ( this is way before pilots were introduced...which we did not want. Then they start charging for every little thing. Pretty soon they will charge for  zippers and buttons on the pilots uniform. I won't shed a single tear when they go belly up

I'm glad they are being so greedy and abusive with their game system mechanics. It's making more people leave the game with a bad experience and sharing their horrible experience with more people further growing the really bad reputation they already have. Their manipulative ways are catching up and it's fun to watch 

Thanks for your comment. I'm sorry that you have such an impression of us and the game. Be sure that all the feedback is analyzed and passed on to the dev team. We hear everyone and see everything. Huge changes and improvements are planned. Anything won't be released rapidly, though, but the work is in progress.

I'm calling BS! All you and previous CM's ever do is say the same crap. It is buy the devs more time kind of responses. 

Matchmaking is the an important part of the game and It has not improved over the years. Why? Bots have gotten worse. They are getting the top places now too. How is it they can make things worse but can't make things better? 

Then there is the revoker issue that needs attention and is still not adressed. It's been tested before it was released and adjustments were made throughout ther testing period. So the tools to make adjustments are already there. All they need it to adjust the values. Dervs seem okay with forcing testing on us. Why not make something at least useful in testing. Reduce the values of the revoke some and let the feedback do it's thing. I don't see how letting this go on for so long is good for the companies reputation. 

I've gotten to the point to where I can tell if the match is going to be a win or lose by how the bots are geared up and acting. I simply leave these games. No point in playing if you know it's a losing battle.

What a load or, BS. So tired of the  " big things are coming soon!" If I had a nickel every time you've said that, I'd be rich. The game just wants to sell you crap, and if it's a good piece, they will nerf it into obscurity just so you'll want to buy the next copy and paste mech or weapon based on an old mech or weapon. Game itself was fairly good 3 years ago, now it just plain annoying and frustrating to play

it's because Plarium isn't a real video game developer, they just put out cash-cow garbage like Mech Arena and make them extremely P2W.  Once the game dies off... they shut down the studio and start with the enxt cash-cow.   They don't have customer serivce, they don't read feedback, and they don't care about the F2P players. 

 it's just a fact of the business.

Unless the update is to stop the ai bots from determining the match outcomes then no updates matter. I'm so dam tired of losing matches due to the ai bots cheating to make the opponent team win. 90% or more of the time I lose due to the bots, all enemy real player(s) will have less score than me and my real player teammate(s).. the bots determining the wins is a major slap to the face of skills. This game cheats!

Impossible... this is the result of the hangar manipulators, incompetent people who can only play with cheats, or players helped by bots. As in the last 4 games, won by simple and stupid bots, programmed by the usual AI manipulator. This is the game. Trash. And it will remain so forever. The last interview was pitiful... as usual he showed that he doesn't care about the players.

After today's update, the game has gotten even worse, the upcoming nerfs will be a catastrophe for the game, who knows what they did with the update, today out of 20 matches 17 lost, a sign that they have further strengthened the BOTs, and further manipulated the game system, It shows that whatever they do, the game will not improve. Given the now established incompetence of this TEAM, and the new changes announced, which for some reason must last 6 months, after 4 years of waiting, a further sign that they will not be real changes, but more words to keep you calm. Anyway, to all those who have spent on weapons, since they offered them all to you with a discount, that you took them all, now they will be nerfed... or modified, a sign that your money will once again have been spent in vain. Does anyone perhaps forget the long-awaited changes of the summer,?? I didn't see anything other than the usual weapons and mechs. But in terms of gameplay, playability, and matchups, reduction of AI manipulation, there was nothing.

Bots everywhere with storm racks. It's just a pile of crap at this stage.

Is it an ego thing with Plarium where they have to humiliate their customers where they have to beat the crap out of them? 

It's not even worth playing anymore. So I have to examine myself why I currently still do. First is the sunken cost fallacy, I've put time, money and attention into it and I keep on thinking I'll get some reward. Second is that it was fun at the beginning and I think it will become like again, if I spend more time, effort and money on my mechs it might be as enjoyable as it was at the beginning. I rationally have come to an awareness that it won't, but irrationally I hope that Plarium seeing my commitment to the experience will reciprocate eventually, but they never do.
