I see that the matchmaking situation is still the same old same old

Just got done with two matches - one on 5v5, and the other for the tournament. And in both matches I got outgunned by pilots with twice the hangar strength.

Now I don't mind going against OP pilots in 5v5, especially if said pilots do not repeatedly stalk and take you out. Sometimes you gotta dance with that girl. 

But tourneys are different. It costs a ticket to get in, so it's frustrating to find ringers waiting to road test their expensive toys on you (Everybody knows that they bought all that stuff. I mean, less than 1K battles and already sporting a 20K hangar?)

Cue to the boilerplate placation that "developers are working on finding a solution".

I could plead to the gaming community to maintain a certain level of fair play, but I doubt that anybody will listen. Certainly not in here, where a lack of support from the developers forces players to do anything to win.

It's a horrible situation, you enter, play 2 games, throw up and leave, a meaningless game, managed by bots and revokers, I wonder if this is the best they can give, horrible game. 2 games and stop, you leave to go and throw up.

I don't even get 2 games in before I'm sick of the bs and leaving. What a boring waste of time this awful game is.

See? The posts above reinforce my point - people playing what's designed to be a great game, only to feel frustrated by the actual gameplay.

Actually their current stand is that they are not looking into 5v5 matchmaking at all since they are focusing on "fine-tuning" hangar showdown matchmaking. They've noped out of 5v5.

Why spend? Their strategies of lowering the power of the weapon inventory created this. Now we are seeing players who have been around for a few days at the top of the rankings. Most of the time they are players who have abandoned their old account and use the low hangar trick. This game will remain distorted in a reality that does not exist, weapon balances, fairness in the opponents. These are all fantasies and dreams of those who would like to play honestly and with their own skills. Something that does not exist in this game. It could be one of the best games out there, but they are too blinded by the profits.

Truer words have never been spoken about the current state of this game.

Speaking only for myself, I cannot blame players who find ways to beat the system, especially since under the ways things are right now, they are playing a game where they are forced to "cheat" ( and I hate using that word).

Also, I like to think that it's only a game, but some people spend real world currency in Mech Arena, and those are the people that I feel bad for.
