Hello! To identify your Tier, please open Gear Hub and check out the latest Tier in which you can make purchases. That will basically be your Tier.

The Blueprints drop rate depends on the Grade of your Weapon/Mech. The more valuable your piece of the Content is, the lower the chance it will be dropped.

Thanks. I'm tier 3 then. Tier 4 has a flashing gold star saying 19/24. How do I know what that means/what I need to focus on to get to the next tier?

By not understanding you understand perfectly!  There is absolutely no logic behind the blue print system and hasn't been since day one over 4 years ago. There is no reason at all for getting blue prints not needed. Wait until you get blue prints for mechs and weapons that are already maxed out!  The blue print system is broken and Plarium would rather produce more mechs and more weapons than fix what is broken.  All it would take it is to allow players to transfer blue prints to other mechs and weapons, something Plarium refuses to do.

Bringing chat back to life... the game keeps setting challenges to upgrade mech and weapons. I have coins and credits, bu5 never get blueprints. How do folk upgrade? 

Hello! The quickest way to obtain Blueprints is basically to buy them. You can acquire some while upgrading your Mech or Weapon, from the Market, or find them in the Offers!

I'm rarely presented with BPs for the weapons or mech i have. it seems the only way to upgrade is to pay. Ive paid loads for weapons and mech in the shop already. But im totally stuck being ableto upgrade. Been grinding for ages. Wierdly, the stuff i needed stopped coming after istarted paying... like the game expects me to pay always now. Im hitting plateau frustration and feel like stepping away for a while. Shame, i really love the game, but its not giving as much as im paying.  

Stepping away from this game is a good idea. Detach yourself from past purchases and let that wasted money go as a loss. This game isn't worth the time, money, manipulations full of stress that it constantly pushes on you to spend more on novelties. Nothing about this game is legit, it's one huge scam on your mentality and credits/debit cards.

Few thoughts on blueprints: 

1 - this is a huge change, but just allowing players to buy whatever blueprints they are missing seems like a better value on both players and plarium's side instead of having to rely on daily refreshes

2 - for players that are getting excess blueprints, this might be a 5-10 hour workaround for plarium. You can write a script that checks for maxed mech/weapon with excess blueprints, run it once a season, and convert them to credits or acoins depending on plarium's value. An overhaul to the blueprint system is a huge deal so this might be a relatively quick workaround

Problem isn't getting excess blueprints, it's that it's a wasted resource AND a failed opportunity to receive wanted blueprints. So especially if #1 happens, #2 will solve the issues
