This player was in the FFA tourney. They would kill someone and then self destruct. So obviously they were there just to ruin peoples chanes to get points in the tourney. They would only have a very small kill count because of this,so they weren't there for points. This what the support sent back. So cheating this way in the game is "rule-abiding play". I don't know if there is a language barrier or what and they don't understand the word cheating.
