First, if the community sounds repetitive, it is because the issues brought up have been met with the same repetitive response.

That said, I'll limit my post to the matchmaking disparity across the board. A cursory look at the grievances posted here just reiterates that players aren't happy with the situation. 

To wit, it's just poor customer service.
