I tried to log on to Plarium Play to hopefully acquire some of the freebies for the Holidays. the system Never allows to input my ID # & assigned a new one that does not link to my Actual Account, but assigned a new ID # ... Can it be merged or Refunded?

In the game I have been directed in several occasions to open the Pilots Portal to collect A-coins ( for example ); so, each time I open the portal , there has NOT been a place or method that allows or acknowledges access to them. When I return to the game it persistently tells me to go back & get the same reward again..
