How about a tournament option of 1vs1 brackets. Win against your opponent best 2/3, winner moves up the bracket until there is a winner. Winner takes all in your bracket.
Regular mode: Friendly fire 5v5. You can injure and kill your own team mates and if you do then you get items taken away from you at the end. (that that is I'm still thinking) If you try to quit then you get a huge penalty.
