Hi

can you tell me how tournaments work? I play games and the mvps were incredible, and I see the same ones in several matches. Yet, they never appear on the tournament score/position list. 

meanwhile, random players appear with huge scores, in position 1 and 2, and I can't work out how even the best player could achieve the big top score so quick. There's a max score per game, so the scores must mean vast number of games...? 

id like to know how it works so I can learn and play better.
