Unauthorized charges

My  82 year old grandmother has over $1,000 worth of charges from Plarium on her credit card.  She is blind and in a wheelchair so she is definitly not playing any games.  I have filed a dispute with her bank.  Is there a phone number or chat option for customer service?

These charges happened within a matter of a week and a half starting Feb 21.  What could have been charged.  This is crazy.  Who do I contact.  She is so upset.  She is on a fixed income

If what you're saying is true then this will be a matter to deal with the bank. You could try contacting Plarium support here: https://plarium.com/en/support/

There is no phone number or live chat.

Good luck.

Unauthorized charges should be reported to the bank and the service provider promptly. For public transport needs, hafilat recharge can help users manage their travel card balance.
