I see on your champ 3 eq is just on base level what if you upgrade to level 4?
Rocktooth was level 4, are you suggesting he needs to be ascended in all four stars? That seems like a lot for Artifact mission One. But just to check, I spent another 200,000 and outfitted another Rare with all level 4 artifacts. And also tried ascending Rocktooth and re-equipping him, too. Same result: 3/6.

It is really, really frustrating to see how many rewards I have missed out on with this bug, since I am level 35 and working on Brutal campaigns now!

I mean to your equipments the mission said you need to equip wit level 4 or higher not 4 star equipments.
