Yes, Serris is still really strong, but she recived a little nerf anyway.

So when are you actually going to nerf madam? her kit is extremely bloated and the recent changes did nothing to stop her. lower a duration on an ability when once that ability is cast 9/10 times the match is over because all your buffs are gone and you have a decrease attack and defense on you at the cost of 1 turn. no other champion can do that much in 1 turn and shes better than most legendary's. You practically gutted rotos and didnt even touch serris.
