I was following the Cowardly Lion events very closely, checking in multiple times a day because I really want this Legendary.  By the end of the event I had 3 full Antigone, and only 25 fragments for the 4th.  After doing some research with the event calendar I discovered that at least 1 Shard opening event had not oppped up for me.  I know that I did not miss it because I diligently checked both the Tournament and Event tabs.

I contacted support to report the issue, and see if anything could be done, and I was basically told "to do better next time".  Even after I fully explained, in detail thay the events had not popped for me, and that I had completed EVERY part of the event, even ranking #1 in quite a few, so I know that I did not overlook any events.  I even asked them to check my game log and they can see how active I was during the event.  I would even be willing to spend real $ and buy those remaining fragments.  I put in a lot of work to not get anything, so I'd buy them.  Why would I get all the fragments from every event, including spend $, just to "miss" events when I was active every day

Anyone ever have this issue, besides not getting any real help?  I don't spend a lot of $ in the game, but this event I did for every and Multi but, after this issue, I don't think Im ever going to try to push through an event that might involve spending, even if it's a 1 in a million chance this happens, now I'm paranoid it will happen again.  AND, there's absolutely no reason for me to even bother with the Soul event, since I'm not even going to have him.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
