You get one a month, usually in the first few days of the month.

I look forward to it every month. I sit on 50–60 Mortal Soulstones, and usually 0–3 Immortal/Eternal Soulstones. So naturally, the Mortals are what I’m counting on.

And, of course, September is Whale Month: Eternal Soulstones only.

So I guess those of us who aren't interested in spending a paycheck on pixels can look forward to October.
