Making LanceWing work

I kid you not, LanceWing now my most expensive, least capable mech in hangar right now.

The panic jumpy jump only attracts attention to you. You soon see many missiles coming your way. Jump somemore and more spots on you. My LanceWing die so fast. That 100k of HP is literally nothing.

I don't know if I regreted buying this mech. It is 18 capacity, I tried different combos it didn't work out either. Now I just slap a 10 Graviton, 8 Stasis Beam on. It still sucked on 5v5 mode. How do I make this LanceWing work? I never been so irritated by a mech? Considering how much it cost to bring LanceWing in

Actually it thrives off of aoe much better. Things like storm rack will be good.

Storm racks are indeed very good with lacewing.

I mostly play cpc,and in some maps it's really good if you know what your doing...

You don't have to jump constantly, use it to get a higher position,on a rooftop for example, hide and peak out to fire.

If a surge,nomad,killshot,...dashes at you,you can jump...

You can surprise people with your jumps and be a harder target, but the bots don't care...

I recently tried Red Dog Casino  AU, and I have to say, it's been an incredible experience! The game library is diverse, with everything from exciting slots to classic table games. I loved the sleek design and user-friendly interface, making it easy to navigate. The bonuses were a pleasant surprise and definitely added to the fun. What stood out the most was the fast and reliable customer support, always ready to assist. If you're in Australia and looking for a top-quality online casino, I highly recommend giving Red Dog Casino a try – you won’t be disappointed!

I found that lacewing does excellent with nades and artillery weapons as well. I prefer the nades but for the long maps she can do some serious damage with fuse mortars, it seems weird but she kills with it literally I got some MVPs just sitting back pushing a button while I ate a bowl of ramen. Of course, that is with it almost completely maxed out and all my implants available maxed out for the artillery weapons. It just seems kind of natural for it to lob grenades though. You just kind of like heave them down to people below you and watch them blow up. Anyway that's my take on it what I'm trying to figure out is how to get her to fly way way up in the sky like I have a couple times so far and I want to be able to do that consistently. Its almost like i do a doubble jump of a rocket or something...

Cheers

Storm racks work good as some suggest, but are harder to use correctly in certain cases. They are not ideal to use as a easy to aim mid jump weapon compared to others, and have very little tracking ability once fired at a quickly moving targe. I prefer and believe that Gemini is a superior weapon for both Lacewing and Lancer, as it can not only track a long range, weaving around a corner if needed to find the target. It also allows you to pop/jump out from behind high cover giving minimal exposure time to release the shots to just fall back into cover behind the same object. The reload is also a short 6 second, but way better with a implant cutting it down a good bit. Then the actual damage is very nice, and the weaken effect allows teammates to finish them easily if you couldn't. Later on I f mods start to kill your Gems, you simply pair a Gem with a Stormrack. When firing at the same time the delay of the Gemini allows half of the SR rockets to leave first taking down or most of the mods (the SR shield damage implant help a lot) first before the Gems are released and hit the target. This combo works wonders on Aegis and others also, as it has the damage ability to take almost anything down without having to reload. MLS mods are the big killer of high damage/low round count weapons like the Gems, Savants, Strike Rockets, etc. But with the Gems ultra high damage and weaken effect, in combo with SR shield damage capabilities, this can be worked around. But in the end LW and Lancer are only really good with any weapon after you figure out where good high cover is on the map and how to use it. Finding those tall obstacles you can stand behind and jump only exposing your mech for a second long enough to just fire and fall back under cover is really valuable. Then always remember that if you are just constantly jumping around in the open, you will be spotted and targeted instantly, then probably shot by a homing type weapon. Keep your jumps to a minimum, only as needed and random, as it will draw attention from every bot in the map. So keep watching for the red eye spotted icon while and before you jump. If they can target you before you jump, don't as they are waiting for you, almost guaranteed. A jumping mech should be a surprise if not spotted before hand, but simply just a slow arching target to shoot at if they can see/target you before you jump out of cover.
