Plarium staffs abused paying customer Part 2
I wish to report that at least two of your staffs were abusing their authority at discord.
1) when your paying customer seek for support at the correct channel, your staffs muted the paying customer without any justificatio.
2) when your staffs handled the first assistance, your staffs used offensive word on your paying customer.
3) your staffs provoked your paying customer into fight / quarrel. Your staffs are suppose to help your paying customer. Why are your staffs challenging your paying customer into fight / quarrel?
4) when another staffs step in, instead of breaking up the fight, your staffs took the most easy way. Blame your paying customer again.
5) this is not the first time that your staffs abused the authority given. Where are the rightful support?
and why are plarium staffs so interested to abuse their power so much?
