I would like you to draw your attention towards the Tournament Matchmaking which was implemented recently. Many players face the problem of getting insanely tough opponents against them, and the sad thing is nearly all members from opponent(winning) team are either P2W or have hangars which are 3 to 5 times more stronger than the strongest player in the losing team. The most affected are F2P players who have hangars of negligible strength as compared to the opponents the current matchmaking allots them to fight against with. If this kind of poor matchmaking persists in 5 VS 5 deathmatch, it's natural to feel skeptical about FFA where you'll have to face 9 opponents and any player would get frustrated at this kind of match allocation because no matter how hard they try, they lose... Not because of one or two OP mech+weapon combinations in the winning team, but almost three players with 5 strong mechs and weapons each. That's a whopping 15 mechs and weapons that the poor player with low SP (genuinely built by selecting the strongest mechs and weapons they have acquired and are therefore NOT SP DROPPERS) should have to face everytime they hope they'd win that round. Hope the developers fix that problem. 

Expecting a reply from the Mech Arena Community ASAP because this has to be STOPPED

First at all, sorry for my poor english. All we know this is an P2W game-based. I would like this orientation of this game would be less P2W to let free players to enjoy the game, but don't have many hope of this...

That's what every player wants from the Mech Arena community. But we have the right to ask the devs to check on their app, so that more people will come and play the game. By rejecting the demands of app-users, the game might end up losing players

In tournaments, free-for-all (FFA) doesn't really mean everyone against everyone—it feels like everyone against you (EVA). Supposedly, tournaments are supposed to include all game modes (FFA, 5v5, and Control Point Capture), but today, out of 8 battles, 5 were FFA and the other 3 were 5v5. Not a single Control Point Capture match, and all of them took place on the same 2 maps—they didn't even change the maps between battles.

They should also improve server synchronization. On multiple occasions, I can see my shots hitting enemy robots before their shots hit mine, yet it's my robot that dies or takes damage. The same happens with robot abilities: I can clearly see my ability activating later, even though I triggered it before the enemy did. 

On the other hand, the loot box draws are also highly questionable when compared to the odds shown in the information panel. In my experience, whenever there are rewards that can be obtained infinitely and rewards that can only be obtained once, 98% to 99% of the time the game gives one of the unlimited rewards. That means the actual chances of getting a specific reward are nowhere near the stated 0.11% or 0.15%—they seem much closer to 0.011% or 0.015%.

Yeah, I am aware of the fact that FFA is like 1 vs 9 match. And I'm really disappointed to see you have no match as CPC. But I can't say strongly that maps are very limited. In my case, I had been placed at Expert 1 (but my hangar has only 4k SP while my opponents flaunt with 12k-15k SP) and I have to deliberately lose a lot of times to get to the exact place where I can stand a chance against similar players with 4k SP

The fault is that the devs didn't reset the tournament score of all players to zero (as they usually do in all tournaments) and now I have to lose to get to my tournament level. And sadly, I'm not having any meta weapons that most players have already equipped.

For the loot box thing, it's all about luck, we sometimes get and sometimes we do not. Don't lose hope if luck isn't in our side. If it's not today, maybe tmrw.
