Sorry man, but were they really moving at the speed of light, they wouldn't experience time. Clearly in the image they are firing a weapon with an animation that takes time to appear

don't have the ID but I used the cheater report function. I don't record when I play so I have no video, screenshot is all I could do. Ban him, there's little no space for arguing, you can easily check him

Where you report him it gives you his ID. Write it down next time. Many players feel that report feature is just a placebo effect button.
