I understand that you have your reasons. Is there a way to at least "gift" the account to someone? I'm about to quit playing and it feels bad to let the acc just rot away... 

No they will ban the account if they find anyone else using it other than you. If they could charge us money to transfer or gift accounts to someone else then it wouldn't be a problem for them. They make less money on gifted accounts. It's all about the money and nothing else, they don't care about this game or it's community. They only care about the money the community gives them. The games awful performance that's been issues for years continues to be awful no matter what they say or do. They can't or just flat out refuse to balance the game. They've rigged the game to cheat us the community and that will never change with these scammers. They've lost their love and focus on the core of the game and turned to the evil scam development side. Gameplay shows us that they just don't care.
