Another autoreply to a persistent issue.

First off, I've only played FTP matches, so I'm entertaining myself on Plarium's dime. I appreciate you guys setting up and operating this game.

That said, I do take issue with the repeated autoreplies from Support whenever I report a gaming issue.  The initial automated reply eliminates the usual causes (slow internet, too many open apps, etc.) as well as establishes the compatibility of the player's gaming platform. 

However, as soon as all "possible culprits" are eliminated, and the gaming platform's compatibility is established, the second reply (which I assume to be a reply from a human this time) reassures me that they're carefully monitoring the server data, and that errors on their side are fixed as soon as possible. Lastly, in spite of the issues reported, I was told that the server performance is optimal.

If only. Why would I be spending time writing this instead of playing if the server is performing optimally?

Again, these issues incur no financial loss, whether Mech Arena Dollars or real-world currency, but still, 

Is a shnook not entiled to an explanation?
