You mean how we express this hatred is irrational or the hatred itself is? I can tell you I have plenty of reason to be upset at, even hate plarium. Good reason too.

I don't have an issue with people expressing their distaste for something.

I have an issue for people doing it in a toxic, unkind, repetitive manner

Unfortunately that very thing sometimes seems to be the only way to either get devs to change something frustrating that they don't want to, or to even get them to communicate. And though I've been toxic before I don't mean to rationalize that. Though repetition is a necessity. If you complain about something once and then stop talking about it devs think it's not actually that importan and therefore de-prioritize it.

For the record by the way we players were never the first to be toxic. Devs have been treating us like we're stupid and been argumentative since the very beginning. Just because they aren't lashing out in anger and cursing and name calling doesn't mean they're any less toxic.

Being unkind is another thing. I can be unkind without being mean. For the reasons stated above, kindness is not something that should be awarded to plarium. They think kindness is weakness. Don't let them be proven right. If they think you won't do anything they will talk to you like you're stupid, or ignore you.
