There are other channels where they are bombarded with insults, and they can't ban them if you search. It's the most hated company on the entire web, criminals, in short. Banning is useless in a game that has collapsed on itself.

Pointing out that you don't consider all these offensive and aggressive adjectives as not slurs doesn't make them less offensive or aggressive. All the bans are given according to the Forum Rules, and they are well deserved.

It's not JUST that we on this forum do not consider "aggressive adjectives" not slurs. As I said, your own rules do not consider them as such. Not only that, but by common definition if you asked somebody what's a slur they'd either tell you it's a word that disparages someone based on race, religion, etc. Or they'd just say one of those words. Most people aren't going to, if anyone will, call words like "shady", "rotten", or "greedy" as slurs.

You want to talk about intolerable? What about all the important questions you leave unanswered? What about the current state of matchmaking that hasn't changed for YEARS DESPITE ALL THE COMPLAINTS! What about the lies you tell us? What about the absolute lack of transparency when you swore yourselves to it?

Maybe you have no fun or joy in banning us. You say you have no choice. I believe you. That's your job to enforce the rules accordingly. "It has nothing to do with criticism or stuff" is what you say. But it does. You remove comments calling plarium "shady", "rotten", and "greedy". These are criticisms. They are honest criticisms as they capture how players honestly feel.

Why change anything about the game that really upsets the players when it's profitable and you could instead try and control the narrative and hide just how upset the players truly are, right?

You say you have no choice, but as I see it what choice do we have but to lash out? I see what you're doing. You aren't facilitating a healthy, productive conversation on this forum no you don't listen to players and you bully them with overreaching rules. Like for example in that "worst game ever" thread first you responded to it calling words that aren't slurs slurs. Then when you got called out in that thread you deleted it to bury the lead and when the person who made the thread in question you again accused them of using slurs, to make it sound like they were as bad as a racist, to turn other forum members against them.

 You are focused more on controlling the narrative. You want us to act like every problem we've had, some of them for years, is just a minor inconvenience despite how much of a negative impact they've had on our experience. "Oh pretty please can you change the matchmaking sooner? Could you please give us more details? I am slightly disappointed you still won't give more information regarding the matchmaking. I know you say they're necessary but could you please look for a more optimum solution?" That's what you want from us. You don't want people to see how upset players are in case they might be new so you can lure them in to this gross cycle of abuse. I understand what you mean and why you feel such emotions. I also appreciate that your message doesn't contain explicit language.

But still, it's aggressive towards me and towards the game. I don't call you to speak with me in a manner shown in your example, no. I call you to speak with restraint and strict to the point, for example:

"I like this, this, this, I dislike that, that, that. This is what good, this is what bad. Here are proofs."

Such an approach would definitely benefit everyone. Insults and aggression don't help—they lead to bans.

What's really not helping anyone is banning people for expressing their honest feelings EVEN IF the post is otherwise inoffensive.

If you want a productive discussion do as was said before and try extending an olive branch. Say "I'm sorry you feel that way, and it hurts us to see the game/company is perceived in such a manner. What can we do to re-build your trust?" But no. You silence us instead. Shows how much you really care. Really

And all this feedback has been passed on. A lot of changes were made according to the form feedback. But we can't please every single submission and request, as they differ a lot, and moreover, sometimes they are mutually exclusive. We are doing our best to create the best for the majority, and we always hear you.

Do you expect me to agree with you and allow you to still write aggressive stuff here, aka breaking the rules of our forum? No, it doesn't work that way. Either you follow the rules or get banned.

Like what changes? What changes were made recently according to forum feedback that you can name? Name a few. Make them recent.

You say you always hear us but how often do we hear from you? We don't always get to see the team's response. So we have the wonderful privilege of posting our feedback and hearing nothing and hoping something gets done, which it usually DOESN'T.

Also it depends what you call "aggressive stuff". No, I don't expect you to still let us break the rules. I do expect you to change that rule which bans us from calling plarium "shady", "rotten", and "greedy". Would it be less aggressive and rules compliant if instead of just calling them that we said "this feeels shady", "I think this is rotten", "this feels greedy"? Or is that also not allowed?

As well my actual expectations otherwise aren't being met. And I pointed this out on multiple occasions only to be ignored. So how do you expect me to respond? I'm not trying to blame you. I accept responsibility for my actions. But I don't know what else to do.

So I guess my last post got totally deleted. So I'll put it up again since Drew seems to want to cover up their rules bullying. Maybe he could actually respond instead of continuing to avoid confrontation like a coward. I've left cursing out to possibly increase the chances of it not getting deleted. You are doing exactly as I posted about and ignoring players' criticism and not listening when they're civil so you can ban them when they act out. You ban players for getting aggressive, which is inevitably going to happen BECAUSE THE WAY YOU TREAT PLAYERS ON THIS FORUM IS FREAKING AGGRAVATING! And we know you do it because you only care about control. You want to control the narrative. You don't want new players to find put the truth what's actually going on. Like how you're not actually going to fix the matchmaking. Like how bots actual purpose is rigging the matches. You are trying to cover your tracks.

And I anticipate you'll just delete this again, and continue to freaking ignore me (thus proving my point). So I'll just leave with this. I have before turned nearly the whole community against payrium before, and I can do it again. I can bring down the entirety of payrium if I want. You are going to have to start cooperating soon, or I am putting my campaign to bring down MA and payrium into full swing. It's already started so clock is ticking.

You're implying if I cooperated fully with the rules my important questions and points will be answered. I know that is not the case. I had been abiding by the rules even when you kept ignoring my inquiries about support saying to other players your team has no intention of fixing the matchmaking logic up until they decided to argue with and condescend me. Sometimes, I receive an overwhelming number of messages, so it's possible that I missed something. Nonetheless, I'm always available to answer normal questions.

You never have anything to say about the game and if you do it's a short uninformative pointless reply that redirects the original question. You do have lots to say to defend the devious behavior of this company though.

My role also includes moderating the space to keep it respectful and safe for everyone, which means addressing inappropriate or aggressive behavior when it occurs.

I’m always open to feedback or questions about the game, but I encourage that they be shared respectfully and constructively. That’s the only way we can have meaningful and productive conversations here. 

You weren't just "sometimes" missing something though. The same important points I posted about over and over again got "missed" repeatedly. I have a hard time believing it's coincidence. I don't even know how many times I've mentioned the support comment saying there are no plans to change the matchmaking logic. Ever since that screenshot was posted you have avoided the subject. I began taking notice repeatedly of your lack of comment too.

I have confirmed that the Support answer was based on outdated information. After all, my teasing was proved by the release of the Hangar Showdown Mode that brought a reimagined version of classic 2v2 and a completely new Matchmaking. At this stage, it's far from perfect, but it's already a huge step.

I thought you said hangar showdown was a separate game mode. What about the matchmaking for the entire rest of this "game"? What about the fact that still nobody else has corroborated what you've said in regards to that?

Oh wait let me guess "we're constantly fine tuning the match making" or whatever is what you're going to say next.
