I played it a little bit. Here are some additional observations from my side:
1. Energy capacity unused: For lower to mid end players, whose mechs are at 4 to 5 stars max, the mechs go to full rank but it leaves unused energy capacity. These same mechs then face opponents with fully utilized energy capacity, which often means at least double the firepower. My suggestion would be to show an inventory that has everything maxed upfront, so that you can at least try to fully equip your fully maxed mechs.
2. League constraints inconsistent: Even if I'm in a league with no mods, I face opponents with mods. I'm sure there are other inconsistencies.
3. Battle pairing failures: If a match can't be found, it abandons the game. Each time, that's 80+ seconds that I'm just twiddling my thumbs. I would love to play against human players, but after 80 seconds I'll settle for a game against bots rather than trying indefinitely multiple times. Maybe you can add a checkbox that indicates this preference for users.
4. Acoins vs. rewards: I haven't yet played 5 games so I don't know how many acoins are needed to play more, but the idea to need acoins itself is quite bad. Then there are the paltry rewards. I'm sure it comes as no surprise to you that acoins are the most precious commodity in the game. At least make the rewards worth the investment, or remove the acoins requirement.
5. Loss of 2v2 and 5v5 modes: The hangar showdown is significantly different enough from these modes that their removal boggles the mind. Bring them back please.
