It's many factors to the rason to why they are Awful and they wont change it for any reasons at all.

The Idea : If their not the ones comming up with that Idea . Which I see some good ideas in that. And sure you are right. I will help out new players to look at what the challange to look forword to. But the'll just give you the classic ( Great idea we'll pass it to our team of developers that ignore any good idea and use it as a coster) Pretty much our ideas are not good ideas for them.

The Complain  : You complain I've complain and this whole community complain. It says the game is base out of Ukraine . So for one their smart enough to ignore but not that dumb that I know they click on their translate button and wave off any and every complain that comes to them. So your right again that they just dont care about any complain that come at them.

The game issues : You as well as the community as a whole and the Dev's know that this game is full of many issues ans mainly the Drop Hangars/SP Droper's and the Matchmaking System. They been knowing about this from when the new owners for the second time it's been sold ( Plarium that is ) That the game was so broken to the point that it's not realy broken. Not in their eye's. It's making them so much money by the minute. And there not going to fix it. Because like I said. It's not broken to them . The motto goes as always. If it's not broke don't fix it. 

So the only way to really fix this game . Is to simply not play it anymore and make this game into a ghost town that it want to become . Now there are those that would defend this game by all means . And if they'll defend this game by saying many things like try a different tactics or install different weapons to you mechs etc etc etc. More likely they are part of your 5 k to there 15 k hangar power that gets help from Plarium.  It don't matter to them or anyone with that kind of hangar power . But  just to you and you alone when it comes down to it. But if many people want to really hurt Plarium how they been hurting everyone . Then thats to stop playing this game period. Forget about how much money got spent , forget the people that you play with all the time. there's other games that you cant play together.  But it's just stopping from playing this game
