I've added a new mech and weapon to my arsenal on this f2p account. Stalker punches above its weight so it helps a lot at this level when you're facing slightly stronger opponents.

Ruffles recommends unlocking arachnos and ares, so I'll try it out. But then it means I wasted tier stars on at least one weapon on tier 3, and possibly another in tier 4. Not that I care it's just credits but you'll definitely want to swap a rare weapon for ares in tier 3 if it works out but the other matter is in my experience if I make my hangar powerful enough I start consistently facing players who have mechs with a significant power advantage over even my best. But I'm struggling to find a balance between matches that are competitive where neither myself nor my opponents have a significant power advantage with what I have now. But I'll see what's changed
