The ability would be " Second Impact. " The mech would jump into the air activating its " Reflective Cloak" &  when it lands inflicts damage while placing a Hunter's Mark on any surrounding mechs. When its clock is active all debuff are reflected back to the mech that inflicted them, with any double damage or extra damage being stored until the cloak wears off exploding in a radius similar to Gatecrasher pod. If for any reason a debuff cannot be reflected back to a mech it adds 10% to the stored damage.
