For the love of all that is holy, NERF THE REVOKERS

I love this game and have been playing it for years, but ever since the revoker has been released it has completely destroyed the balance of the game. I'd like to use this thread to garner some support (or argument against) nerfing them or honestly completely removing them from the game altogether and refunding people's credits. Hopefully, the devs will see this and actually make a change. 


Here are the main issues I see with them, at least one which should be corrected:

1. Their damage is a complete misrepresentation of how much they actually do. Take the value and multiply it by 3x or more because they go through your mech, do critical damage one or more times per shot, and can hit multiple mechs at once. A weapon that always does critical damage no matter if your back is not turned is not fair.

2. Their rate of fire is almost infinite within 5 meters and can kill ANY mech within 1 second. This, along with the fact that they have no reload, means you can endlessly kill other mechs. Tack on a good mech ability like Eclipse or Surge, and you're pretty much invincible.

3. Since it goes through your mech, it automatically does back damage through your shield as well. A single shot of 2 revokers will take down half my health bar even with a shield which is ridiculous. 

4. Oftentimes it seems as if they also go through walls, impassible shields, and around corners. I'm not sure if this is due to lag or the projectile speed, but I have been killed by a revoker where the enemy is completely out of my line of sight (and never was in my line of sight) numerous times. 

5. The fact that the projectile still continues to go out and back after the mech has been killed is also a major point of frustration because if they can get one shot off you're likely to die, and if they can get two or three shots off you're almost guaranteed to die (which happens within a couple seconds within 15 meters).


Every time I voice this concern in the game chat, I hear a lot of agreement and other people that say "why don't you just use them yourself", but I've yet to see a single person tell me they don't think they're overpowered. I refuse to use them myself because I would be part of the problem if I did and it's really not that fun to run around killing everyone in 1 hit. I'm almost at the point of giving up hope that it will ever be fixed and uninstalling the game. Literally every match I go into, everyone is using the revokers and it's making the game unbearable that a 3 star revoker can beat out any other fully maxed weapon in the game within 15 meters. Please someone get in contact with the game devs, so they can fix one or more of the issues with this horribly overpowered weapon.

Well I realize they're a bit overpowered, but to counter I use them on my stalker and combined with Predator Drive, I can go multiple tank mechs easily.

Well said.  Unfortunately, it's been said countless times before.  As we all continue to witness, Plarium has decided to allow it to continue.  After all, it's more about keeping the paying players happy than providing proper game balance.  

Here's a small sample, on just this forum, of how many times this issue has been brought to Plarium's attention.

Now if only the mechs and weapons had started out that way players might actually believe they weren't overpowered just to line Plarium's pockets at the direct expense of the rest of the players.  After selling overpowered revokers for over a year, Plarium continues to allow those players a return on their investments before the weapons are FINALLY powered properly........with zero compensation.  Game balance is just a myth.

as you can see, the game was monothematic to be born and die. opponents fully armed with revoker, the game lasted less than 2 minutes, and then they call it a fun and frenetic game, BUT WE STILL WAIT WITH ENTHUSIASM, THIS INCREDIBLE UPDATE, SO PROMISED. BUT surely nothing will change, REVOKER The weapon of losers. I have so much pity for the developers.

The "team" will be sorry and start caring when it's too late. It's how greedy shady selfish people work. They won't change their ways for us, they will only continue to manipulate us and our gameplay experience to push sales of their over valued over priced digital junk.

Maybe Plarium should Nerf it slightly by making it have a short three second reload only when it is System Crashed.

I think I'm done playing this cheating game . But I will have someone do some codes and get me a meesload of cheats and I will drop them in here on there discord and the game. But just give me time . to find the right ones

I appreciate the response here, and the promise to take the feedback into consideration. In most cases, I am in favor of making valuable items more accessible and trying to prevent pay to win players from having an unfair advantage, but in this case the problem lies in the fact that the weapon is too overpowered to be fair for anyone.

The problem is actually made worse by making them available for credits alone because now all players can easily get the most overpowered weapon in the game almost fully upgraded upon without needing to pay money for them. This has caused a network effect where everyone feels they need to get the revokers to have the same advantage, which in turn has made almost every game full of revoker loaded hangars (like the screenshot above).

Just look at how much traction this one post has gained, look at other posts as Stanley mentioned, and you will see this consensus is true amongst the majority of the community. Your team is losing longtime loyal players (and paying customers) the longer that this goes unaddressed.
