There are players that are soo much worse then those 2.

Like this person. Was just in a tourney match with this one on the other team. The first match, we destroyed their team. Then the next 2 this kid used only that nomad and wiped us out. It's quite sad that someone has to stoop that low to just get a win. 

Is it cheating? To normal people, yes. To the developers, no, because that's how they designed the game and they are using bought stuff. In matchmaking, then need to use at least half the inventory power in determining others they go against. The power of that mech alone is almost have my hanger power.
