My statements are based on our internal analytics. We take into account your feedback, though, but at this moment, no changes are expected.

If, you play, and that is a big if, you either get all the mechs free from work, or you are just doing company PR where everything is ok. Or, is this some front for a type of mafia??? If you play a free account, you would see what we see. I just did a control point match where the other team rushed us and we never had a chance. YES, they did have mods. YES, they did have bought mechs and weapons. I need you to tell me right now how I, as a free player in teir IV can stand up against more then 2 players in teir IX mechs and weapons and mods in their 3 star mechs! I'll bet you can't.

Why don't you understand what everyone is saying? Is the 58% rating on Facebook for the game a good thing for you? Do you even understand the words coming out of our mouth??

I'm almost at the point where I will say stuff to get me banned because you don't listen, you just tell company propaganda. Do you live in South Korea?? I do like this game very much, otherwise why would I keep on talking about ways to help this game?? Thought that is starting to go away fast.

Please don't speak for myself. You don't know me and the terms on which I'm working either, so all the speculations are not convincing tbh. 

But it's ok with you telling us everything is balanced and basicly we are lying? Because that is what you keep doing. I just looked thru the list of recomended players that I played, and 17 out of the 30 had mods on mechs with less then 5 stars. And there were more that showed that they could have mods, but didn't have any in place. 

I meant no disrespect with my words. I'm just tired of not being heard. I get enough of that in the real world as it is. I would hope a game meant to unwind and relieve stress would actually hear me out at least a little. I really do like this game, but it's gets stressful when we are winning a match, then one person gets their one mech that is OP and wipes us out without ever taking damage themselves.  

Players have been complaining for YEARS about game balance, and yet nothing is done about it.  You *claim* that you take our feedback into account, but actions (and non-actions) speak far louder than words.

Also, I have had the same game experience as Imortals regarding those 3-star modded mechs.  I find them in nearly every game I play when looking at the other players' hangars after the match.

There is a saying: Perception is reality.  It doesn't matter what the truth is if noone believes it.  The above proves that.  Even if it *were* true (which we all know it isn't), noone believes you.  As far as everyone is concerned, you are a liar.  That is the perception; therefore that is the reality.

Want to change that perception?  FIX THE PROBLEMS!!!  Quit giving BS statements that never pan out.  Because until the problems are fixed, we will still consider you a liar.  Perception is reality.

Guys, I won't share something new with you: we indeed take into account all the feedback that you share with us, and it really influences our workflow, BUT unfortunately, some massive features such as Matchmaking or the balance require a lot of time and effort to be changed. Besides, when it's being released gradually, it's possible that adjustments are not considerable at first sight.

The work is in progress, though. Hope that you will be able to check the improvements soon.

exactly from the last update 2 days ago, now my opponents are constantly 5k stronger than my hangar, a sign that these kind of developers do not listen to people, the much acclaimed WORK IN PROGRESS, BUT DO ME THE KINDNESS, YOU AND YOUR GARBAGE GAME, how disgusting, but where do these come from. 

FOR NOW AND IT IS A FACT DEMONSTRABLE FROM VIDEO AND SCREEN. THE GAME HAS ONLY GOTTEN WORSE, I don't think it takes all this time to correct some parameters... if you are in such difficulty it only shows how the tem is not up to the task of doing its job.
