and WHEN this happens, I look at the connection on my PC. Perfectly 5 bars, I must say that I have the modem at 6 meters, so it can't be my line, but the poor management of plarium. I must also say that this happens very often in every game,

At this point I'm beginning to think it's intentional to make players restart the game so the 10 pop ups are pushed into your face again. The more chances of pop ups in your face, the more chances of someone giving in and making a purchase. I haven't found anything in this game that isn't predatory so why wouldn't this be as well?

When I first started playing about 2 months ago, I never had any problems. Within the last 2 weeks, the game freezes up a decent amount. And 90% of the time is when I'm making a move that would give my team a chance at winning. It is frustrating.

A day ago it went so bad, it crashed my computer. I know it has something to do with my old computer, but no other game has make the computer crash where I had to take an entire day to reset windows just so I could use my computer.

I was told by support that it wasnt their servers. Iv been instructed to just shut my bluetooth, power save mode off, only use my home internet and use a vpn. 

How in the world is this company still so simple minded. As a community we know the issues and they refuse to fix or even admit its them.

Seems to happen more at the end of tournament and "special" events almost like the servers can't handle the traffic. What do I know though.  

This problem didn't exist until 3-4 months ago. As is usually the case, they update or add content and it ends up breaking something else. Then it never gets fixed. If you complain or submit tickets, you just get read corporate/tech support boiler plate.

Iv been told there is no issue. How can we fix something that "doesn't exist"?

I used to play this game on my laptop unfortunately for me I was hacked and the plarium platform can no longer install mech arena so I started to play on my phone and then mech arena started crashing on my phone people have shot through my shield
In gameplay people have killed me through walls my mechs sometimes mysteriously move in directions that I'm not sending them in. Compared to other players I don't have a lot of money in this game maybe about a hundred bucks over 3 years. I can't afford to spend money on a game that's hacked this badly. I'm tired of the BS I'm out.

Lag- connection interruption- game freeze- game crash- MD coming in with the "game restarts" over and over so much that it feels intentional so those 10 pop up offers are thrown at us again and again hoping we bite...When we say we want you to fix the game we mean "Fix" as in Repair it, not "Fix" as in Rig it! This game can't handle the greed of these developers. Too much time and effort to push premium content in our faces and no love or care for the actual game. Today's developers are ruining the gaming industry with their relentless greed and it's a shame that the MA developers have taken this path.

Yes im aware. They told me they can't control local network issues. I think the servers are overwhelmed, are to far away causing ping issues, or its a code issue they refuse to fix.
