Odds? Infinity? At just 0.02% deception is the name of Plarium's game
Remember the days of the vault blitz? After spending 35 hard earned fortune keys a player was GUARANTEED to earn 400 acoins. Instead of focusing on a better overall game experience in an effort to achieve higher profits, Plarium has clearly decided that illusion and deception is now the much easier route, quick and dirty, to get more of our hard earned $$$.
What do event crate odds (below) of 0.02% at a cost of 300 acoins per attempt really mean? 0.02% is only a 1 in 5000 chance! With 30 possible rewards in the crate does anyone actually think they're getting the weapon in the first 29 attempts??? 30 x 300 = 9000 acoins!
Now someone at Plarium has dreamt up 'infinity'. Did anyone see a big announcement? Of course not. Instead of eliminating options during event crate redemption, ALL 'unlimited' rewards will remain, thereby ensuring your odds NEVER increase as you redeem your hard earned tokens or acoins. The odds (below) are just 0.22% in getting the ability implant on any single turn. So no, your odds are not 1 in 12 as it may appear at first glance, FAR from it. Even with an infinite amount of redemptions you may NEVER receive the ability implant.
With this amount of deception does anyone actually believe that event crate rewards are random.....
