I have always wanted a weapon that can be loaded.

My idea: the Overshot

Rarity: epic or legendary (I think there are way too many legendary things)

Energy costs: 6.8,(10),12.16

Type: Sniper

Ability: Load Shot
While you press the fire button the shot is charged when you let go the weapon fires a shot which (depending on the charging time) can be stronger or weaker.

Magazine: 100 (%) similar to the railgun but the magazine does not load after a shot.

Damage per shot (5%): 1,000 (one star) 8,000 (maxed)

Damage per magazine (100%): 20,000 (one star) 160,000 (maxed) 

Reload time: 5 seconds (not including shot loading time) 

Critical Damage Chance: 30% 

Effects on the enemy: (with full magazine load) Stasis
