Nah cos I did the thing, and now when I try and load up the game, that 2fa thing pops up, I do it, and guess what? The screen freezes, and nothing happens. And now I can't log in, cos you apparantly can only do it once. Plarium, fix this s##t rn.

I'm a bit confused, can you try logging in with your platinum ID on the phone and tie it there first?
What I did was create a platinum ID on the browser and tied it to my existing account on my phone through the game on my phone, then when I downloaded platinum play it just automatically logged me into the account. Hope this helps. https://9apps.ooo/
Your organisation should add SSO to all the applications. That way you sign in once a day. 2FA is supposed to be more secure but less onerous. Otherwise we’ll work around it.
