I just played 5 matches and in everyone on the other team had 7 star everything. 7 star pilots, 7 star mechs, and 7 star weapons and i have nothing that's 7 stars. I could barely inflict any damage with the weapons I had with mechs that have almost 200k HP and my heaviest weapon deals 43k damage.. what's up with that matchmaking?

Hello! We are treating all players the same. Paying is a choice, but it's not obligatory. Surely, it allows you to obtain novelties much earlier and progress faster, but it never guarantees you a win.
Hello! Our team is constantly working on improvements to the matchmaking system. Surely, sometimes, it can perform somewhat incorrectly due to the flexible balance we have and abusers who are trying to trick it. Nonetheless, we are developing ways to prevent such conditions!
For now, we'd recommend shuffling your Hangar a bit and teaming up with your friends who have approximately the same SP compared to yours. Try to make Matchmaking work for you!
Yeah you fix matchmaking because they sure the hell aren't doing anything to fix it. All they do is talk without any actions. Just spend money and shuffle your hanger to make matchmaking work for you because they most definitely aren't fixing a damn thing.

Actually, the work is in progress. The feature is complex and comprehensive, so it takes quite a time to get it reworked, though.

you have to stop fooling people, you are liable to prosecution for deception, you have tired with your policy of deception you have really tired with your.. AI, the game itself has tired, your luck is the new players, because mech arena attracts for a few months then people get tired,, the game tires, you tire, with your useless promises, you are treating people like cannon fodder with your ridiculous AI. we are really fed up with you, you have to change the description, be honest and warn, the new players who will spend money to play against a.. AI..programmed to make money, you are not honest., and you have really tired

Shuffling a Hangar doesn't mean to SP drop. It means to change some of its components to make it more balanced.

It's not a matter of skill or knowledge when you lose with a 6k hangar against a 12k hangar. It's a matter of the worst matchmaking ever.

It would be very easy to fix matchmaking. I don't think it's that hard. Just make the power gap between rarities of weapons and mechs larger. Like maybe :
common to uncommon pwr gap: 50
Uncommon to rare pwr gap: 100
Rare to epic pwr gap: 200
Epic to legendary pwr gap: 400.
So for the total power added to each weapons/mech it will be:
Common stay the same
Uncommon+50
Rare+150
Epic+350
Legendary+750
And just keep the old match making or edit it. Should be fine.

you match with players with 10..12k power, against my 8k, who do you want to win?? so it's you who matches me with stronger paying players,, when you could match me with players of my level but do you really think you're stupid??. THE GAME IS PROGRAMMED LIKE THIS, BUT THE ONLY THING YOU CAN DO IS, 1 not spend, .2 stop after 2-3 games because of the disdain of this system. and you know it but you always repeat the same things. as already said I sleep with a calm conscience, I don't cheat anyone. take care of myself as always
Gameplay is so ridiculously rigged. Gameplay is just boring with nothing but greed to feed. It's all bots and opponents with twice or more sp than you and, murder bots for one side and cannon fodder on the other. No balance whatsoever.

This game needs better servers with a new matchmaking queue. Better yet, Mech Arena 2 with an updated game engine!
