We all know who Crystal Drew is. Yes! He is a Plarium employee who's likely from India. As you may know, Crystal Drew is hated by many and liked by many. However, the majority of people hate Crystal Drew. Why is that? Put simply, his words. He responds with the same repeated responses multiple times, he often addresses light situations as aggressive, and he rarely ever shares his true emotions or feelings about Mech Arena as a whole. Oftentimes, many mock him, make fun of him, call him names, discourage him, slander him, and much more. I may have done a few of these things. Yet, let's look at the bigger picture. When you think of Crystal Drew, do you think of a community manager hired by Plarium, who has rarely any feeling in what he says? Or, do you think of a man who is trying to make money to live comfortably, hired by Plarium, and is instructed to say what Plarium wants him to say at all times? I used to think the first, but now I am starting to think about the second. 

Crystal Drew is just a human like us, he is nothing greater, he is nothing lesser. Yes! We are just like him. He makes mistakes...we make mistakes, he does what is good...we do what is good. The thing is, he is not a Mech Arena developer. Suppose he were a developer, who knows how Mech Arena would be? It could be better, or...maybe it'd be worse, we don't know. But as of now, let us all try not to take our heat on a Mech Arena community manager as if he can really do anything about the problems we address, other than just relaying them. Let us all be happy that he has not had an outburst and randomly banned us for lengthy periods of time for actually no reason at all. We all need Crystal Drew, and yes, you may not know, but you type on this forum just so Crystal Drew could see. So Let us all try to be positive on this forum and address problems we face with tact and calmness. This means not using slander, curse words, disrespectful speech, name-calling, threats, etc. This would include Moderators as well. I know this may be hard for some, for that may be their life right there, but hey, it's got to change. What makes you think Plarium would want to act eagerly on people who speak wickedly against them...yes, our words can be wicked. Let's try to bring peace here, let's use kind words. Of course, not everything we hear from Plarium will be fun, but that is the world we live in. If you can't handle it in a game, you definitely won't be able to handle it in real life. 

Let us all, together as one, join in making this forum a better place for all. No wickedness, no badness, but goodness and kindness! No hate, but love! Yes, we enjoy Mech Arena, but just like every other item made by man, it will have mess-ups that we won't enjoy or significantly hate. Though, why mentally torture a human who can do nothing about it? People, we can do this, we can be better. I am trying to change, I have faith in all of you. It is not the game that matters most, it is us.

Cyrstal Drew, you may be a good person and that is what I hope. Please check direct messages that I've sent to you. Thank You for putting up with us through all this time. We need you although we may think we don't. So don't feel bad, you matter!
