Yahh I left the game with all by great stuff a year ago because div 1+ are a bunch of sweats and pay to win. I especially hated pay to win because I had earn my stuff naturally and they one or two tap me. I came back to the game and and it didn't save my progress and I restarted. I made it to div 5 a week ago. My old line upon div1 was skillshot, panther, Orion, archnos, and guardian.

Their reason is to make it more balanced and simple for new players, but if new players are going to face old players that can put mods on, then the purpose is not met at all.. it actually makes it worse. That obvious logic did not matter though, apparently.

Buy the upgrades to level up your mechs so you can buy and level up some mods aswell. It's what they expect you to do and if you aren't willing to spend, enjoy your unbalanced matchmaking! (I don't recommend you to buy anything from this company, they don't deserve it)

On a slightly positive note, it's worth noting that I can put mods on my mechs but haven't put on a single one. Not having mods against players that do have mods makes the game a little harder, but it's definitely doable.

I intend to only use mods on my end game mechs when I get them (in a few years :-) ), because it will probably be impossible at that level to survive matches without mods.

friend in a few years. eheheh what you will have accumulated and want to use will have already been nerfed, and will be useless. trust me it's been 10 years in plarium game and it has always worked like this when you arrive, they will have already changed things in game. and you will start over again from the beginning.. in plarium nothing lasts forever, at most 5-6 months.. then money wasted, time wasted. fun 00000.

Yeah i meant that ironically :-).. the time investment this game demands from people who don't want to shell out 10s or 100s of dollars is indeed laughable, and (as you said) a lot can change in that time.
