I've been trying to restart my mech arena account by uninstalling the app to get the promo codes for new players but it doesn't work. Is this a bug or something? Oh and nova + missile rack.
That won't work unless you do a factory reset on your device. But then you have to start an actual "brand new" account.
When you uninstall and reinstall the cache information still shows your original information. Plarium recognizes that as having had the account for more than 3 days so you don't get any of the benefits of a new account.
You do get a new account effect if you log out of your current account and have not used a guest account I tried it trice each with a different method
