Base it off of the strongest robot in the lineup you are presently using. I have acquaintances I can't play with because of the current match making. Even if I put my worst robots in, we get paired against max legendary shit. We die instantly having no fun. I don't see how you are supposed to interest new people when this is the experience they walk into https://100001.onl/  .

Nothing will get better with matchmaking. This game doesn't have developers, it only has scammers. 

Apparently control point clash is broken too. I keep facing ppl who have surge and nomads when my hanger power is 3000

Well, as I observed, in Stage 1 (Novice) the bots were Rank2, in Stage 2 then Rank 3 and so on. On Grandmaster you faced bots with maxed out Mechs, Weapons Pilots and Implants+Mods.

For the other players you were matched with, I could not discern a pattern.

Sad, but it's not enough to simply note "Damn it, a Surge, no FAIR!!". Have to note its Rank too. They sell stuff cheaper at lower Ranks (which really isn't cheaper to get the Gear Rank). I was {killing} an Ares yesterday and it Would Not Go Down. ?! Ah, noted at end it was Rank 5.

Still flipping annoying getting matched against Surge, etc., their power ranking ain't right.

I think the 2023 matchmaking was better than this. It was more fair. 2000 hanger power and no OP stuff.

Or they can just increase the OP mechs power by 500. Should be fair like that
