I would like you to consider the possibility of balancing the teams better!!! It cannot be that in a tournament a single pilot has FAR superior mechs and weapons than the other 9, the game becomes a carnage that consists of nothing more than an eclipse with maximixed embers running and killing, when the game ends that player has 40 kills and the rest 5, at least make sure there is one like that per team, maybe I'm saying something stupid, but at least. (The correct thing would be that there would never be such a DIFFERENCE!!!!, At least make a small adjustment to balance the disgustingly UNFAIR  experience for those who don't put money, if not, make it 100% payment and that's it)
