Yeah, they don't like it, but won't do anything to stop it either.
In all honesty, if you won't fix it or ban it, we should have a big "how to sp drop" post so newer players can keep up and actually play the game.

I was going to write something similar as imortals. Why not allow people to discuss SP dropping (tanking) exploits here? By now it's so well established a paradigm that there are youtube channels dedicated to it, and even desribe how to SP drop with good sportsmanship (like not attacking the opposing human player). If it's not going to be disallowed in the game, an open and frank discussion in the open is far better than hidden, dark-web-ish discussions elsewhere.
The only potential downside could have been community backlash, but so far noone has reacted with a negative comment. That's brilliant. Let people come and ask!
To the OP, sorry I don't have any advice for you myself (I'm not a tanker). If you don't get responses here, the best sources of info are probably youtube channels.
No I don't think we should allow it to be discussed as it's dishonorable. Plarium needs to fix the problem.
