my resource production stoped refill only way i can get resouces is from tasks how can i fix it ?

your capacity is most likley under the the RRS you got, so the buildings stop produce.
you cna check this palace -->statestic --> then pick a a RRS to look.
only way you can get this higher is by upgrading the RRS production building, send the RRS away or stop produce and get RRS some other way,
