why do you need mail to logg into a game? you playing on android?

i play on browser and i not have problem . But when i clean cooki now i need mail and passwort to logg in . I not have mail :( and no body help me i think i lost me acout and this is finish game for me i lost olny money :(.
1. Not posible sent ticket to suport (beacouse i not have mail)
2. Not posible sent privat mesage on forum too moderators .
3. Not posible logg in too game .
