Problem:

Once i log into the game, after a few seconds, mainly when i click on something (events, buildings, tasks....) the game freezes and i have to reload the game. It hapens as well when i type into the chat. For example, i typed a test into the chat and in order to type again i have to refresh.

What i use:

I play from the pc, I get 30mbps connection, i use google chrome (mozila has the same problem) and my pc is fairly new. All other programs i dont have issues, even other online games. It occured since the last update.

My Question:

Has anyone else experienced the same issue and if fixed how? (i have placed a ticket and waiting patiently)
