When I try to start a march with my troops to what appears to be an open resource, the yield is actually taken by another jarl. Despite the resource's number being grey, there were still other players occupying the resource. I found out due to the prompt of the peace treaty ending message, and another instance of a message saying I could not spy or attack another clan member.
