Don't know how to promote clan members to higher positions.

This is frustrating for a clan leader that is also new to the game these forums are filled with spam.

Click Clan at the bottom of the screen, then the Membership tab, then click action beside of the user you're looking to promote/demote and then Change Title. Obviously from there you change the level and click Change Title again. If you have any other questions feel free to ask here or if you like I can contact you in the game and you are welcome to ask anything you like. I came here to help because I've noticed a lack of support on the forums and yes the spam is out of control.
