Please help !

hello everyone, i am playing the Throne: Kingdom at war, and it has been a week i cannot log in, whenever i try to log in, i got the black screen with some little *bugs* like..moving ...can anyone please tell me whats wrong or how i can play this game again, much is appreciated from me!
