Capacity not shown properly
Take a look at the capacity calculated by the game prior to sending the troops and after when you check the progress after troops are sent.

So.. dude, in the second screen we can see 16s - it means that your troops will walk to location 16 seconds. In the first screen we can see a process of capacity, it's diferent, becouse "troops marches" and "capacity" are different processes.

Probably your Hero has Capacity skills that's why you have different indications
