Can't login again!!!

Really getting tired of this problem. Always at Tournament time too. Since 7:40pm EST. It's been over 2 hrs!!!!! We do everything you tell us to do & still can't get into game. Please figure out what's going on. I even restarted my modem and it didn't help.
