Shouldn't be like that though. If they send you a message, you should be able to reply. It feel a bit like "shut up and go sit in the corner" with no chance of respond. You can't send them a message on the forum with private message, so thought it wasn't possible at all.Gadheras said:
Can we please have it, so if a CM send you a private message you can reply back? I know you don't want to get flooded with mails, but at least when a CM is mailing a user. At least give us a chance to respond before blocking, or whatever.I wasn't aware you couldn't respond to CM messages. If you want to message a CM you can go here and click on their contact icon, and it will take you to their message screen.
small problem... alina isnt on there.Gadheras said:

Hello, Lord Gadheras.
My Private Messages are closed as I don't investigate the reports on different cases and gameplay questions via PM.
As for the situations when I inform players about ban or send them a warning and you have questions regarding such messages, you're welcome to submit a ticket via https://plariumsupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new link. Appeals against Forum moderation decisions will be considered if sent via this channel.

That seems like an awful cumbersome process when the CM already did open a dialogue. I think that "sometimes" posts or threads get deleted without proper cause. If the narrative or the context is miss understod. In the past I seen things removed (not necessary posted by me), that didn't break any forum rules I could see either. Which might come across as heavy handed censorship.
I know at times, critics and upset players posting topics that might seem hard deal might seems easier to just shut it down, but it is the reality of things. Sometimes silence posters have the opposite effect.
As I said, if you have any complaints on the things done by CM or moderator, please send them to Support team: https://plariumsupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
It should be done according to our Forum Rules:

You can type any. For example, these ones:
x:100 y:-200
Nothing will happen to this player as in the report it will be clear that it's about CM, not a player.Alina Phoenix said:What happens to the player at those coords? It seems like a way to get someone else hassled or to be accused of making a false report.

This is exactly why the CMs need to end the practice of banning.
We are PAYING customers. Clients. people that spend money with you. plariums needs to get that through their heads.
We dont get banned for any of the things we say in the ingame chat. there are no community managers there and its worked fine for years. why do the CMs need to go around banning people here?!
get rid of the CMs we dont need them.
Give us direct access to the Developers instead.

Hello!
There are Forum Rules that should be followed. If you don't break the Rules, your account is not banned.
As for the developers, they have a lot of their own tasks they're busy with. If they check Forum, they won't have enough time to fix bugs and work on the new features.
It's a distribution of tasks and devs are doing their job and CMs are doing their job.
Still, all feedback CMs gathered on Forums is forwarded to devs each week.
thats totally not true.
ive been banned before for made up rules or bad interpretations of the rules. the unwritten rule is dont voice your opinion of you have a bad experience in this game or you'll get banned for breaking rules with vague or wide ranging definitions.
Lord, IronApex Turok.
According to this Forum Rule:
3.15 Create posts discussing Forum moderation decisions, such as banning, closing Forum threads, deleting Forum posts / threads, etc. This also includes publicly sharing any private messages from Community Administrators or Moderators regarding disciplinary actions taken towards you. The discussion of Forum/group moderation actions generally leads to inflaming the community and the trolling of Community Administrators and Moderators. As such, this type of discussion is strictly prohibited under the Forum rules.
If you have questions regarding the actions of Community Administrators and Moderators, please submit a ticket via https://plariumsupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new Appeals against Forum moderation decisions will be considered if sent via this channel.
Discussion of your bans is not allowed on the Forum. As it was said above any of your complaints regarding my decisions, you're welcome to forward to Support team.
To avoid further break of this rule, this topic is closed.Alina Phoenix said:

We would all benefit from a more healthy and vibrant community, but it doesn't fall upon the players to make that happen. Also, put blame on CM's for doing their job accordingly to their job instructions doesn't lean anywhere either. Players like children, should be seen, not heard. It doesn't work like that when they paying customers as well. The buck stop with Plarium. If they wan't to make the community and the game better, all they have to do is start listen to the players (within reason), its not such a foreign concept, it does work other places.Alina Phoenix said:
